Introduction to 4-Aminophthalhydrazide
The luminescence mechanism of isoluminol is similar to that of 4-Aminophthalhydrazide in that it is produced by the oxidative decomposition of the excited state of the fluorescent group. The luminescence peak of isoluminol is located at approximately 430 nm and is a blue luminescent reagent.
Isoluminol has the advantages of high sensitivity, good specificity and short response time and is therefore widely used in biomedical, environmental monitoring and food safety fields.
