Acridine ester is a highly sensitive type of chemiluminescent reagent. Conventional acridone esters have 6 different functional groups, namely NSP-SA-NHS with CAS number 199293-83-9. The product is yellow in color and appears in powder form. When used, it is configured to dissolve in alkaline hydrogen peroxide and emit light without the catalysis of enzymes. This is because the contact between hydrogen peroxide and acridone ester causes changes in the two components, resulting in luminescence, Collecting this photon can be used to label and detect compounds.

Precautions for use

1. When packaging, it is necessary to use a dark bottle with airtight and non transparent properties, as acridine esters must be stored at low temperatures and must be strictly sealed, otherwise they may absorb moisture and deteriorate;

2. The active site of acridine ester NSP-SA-NHS itself is unstable in alkaline and oxidizing environments, so corresponding non strong alkaline and non oxidizing systems should be prepared based on the stability of the labeled substance for processing and preservation.
