ADPS, also known as N-ethyl-N - (3-sulfopropyl) -3-methoxyaniline sodium salt dihydrate, is a commonly used chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase HRP or peroxidase POD. Its appearance is pure white crystal powder, with a purity of over 99%, and a pH range of 5.5-9.5, with an absorption wavelength of up to 540nm.
