Acridine ester NSP-DMAE-NHS is an acridine ester containing - NHS group. NHS, namely N-hydroxysuccinimide or N-hydroxysuccinimide, can be directly linked with the primary amino group in the protein or antibody to facilitate the labeling of antibodies or proteins- NSP is a propane sulfonic acid group connected to the nitrogen atom of the acridine parent, which has better hydrophilicity compared to traditional acridine ester AE-NHS. The structure of the propane sulfonic acid inner salt increases its water solubility, making it water-soluble with biomarkers such as antibodies and nucleic acids. Subsequent luminescence detection can be carried out in water.
