Acridine ester NSP-DMAE-NHS belongs to a non steady state luminescent reagent, and its fluorescence characteristics are generated in chemical reactions. During the experimental process, acridine ester covalently binds with the target molecule to form a stable fluorescent marker. The luminescence wavelength of this reagent is mainly concentrated in the blue to green blue region, with a common wavelength range of 450 to 480 nanometers. Its luminescence characteristics make it an ideal fluorescent labeling reagent in biological experiments.

Application

1. Protein labeling: Due to its ability to undergo substitution reactions with amino acid residues in proteins, fluorescent labeling is introduced into protein molecules. In this way, the protein can be fluorescent labeled to achieve visual analysis in protein detection experiments such as gel electrophoresis and Western blotting.

2. Cell imaging: NSP-DMAE-NHS, as a fluorescent probe, can be used for fluorescence microscopy observation in cell imaging. It can label specific proteins or organelles within cells, helping researchers understand the structure and function of cells.
