TAE buffer: Zui's widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer is mainly used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis in biology. 50× TAE Buffer Configuration Method

1. Weigh 242g of Tris and 37.2g of Na2EDTA.2H2O in a 1L beaker;

3. Add 57.1ml of glacial acetic acid and dissolve thoroughly;

4. Add deionized water to a constant volume of 1L and store at room temperature.
