Application

1. Blood glucose detection: In the blood glucose metabolism project, platinum bismuth nano mimetic peroxidase catalyzes hydrogen peroxide oxidation, and TOOS can couple with MBTH (3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone hydrochloride) for color development. Sugar content can be detected based on the concentration of color development and the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength.

2. Routine liver function examination: TOOS can be combined with EDTA dipotassium, bovine serum albumin, and other components to form adenosine deaminase detection reagents that can reflect the degree of liver injury. It has the characteristics of good color rendering effect, rapid and stable response, and accurate detection results.

3. Other tests: TOOS can also be used for in vitro testing projects such as triglyceride blood lipid testing, cholesterol testing, and uric acid testing.
