The appearance is white powder, and it usually needs to be prepared as a solvent when used, so it has good water solubility and relatively stable chemical properties.

 

Application

1. HEPES sodium salt has a low toxic effect on cultured cells, so it is commonly used as a buffer for cell culture research;

2. It can be used as a buffer in the phosphorylation detection process of permeable fibroblasts;
