Biological buffer TAE is a buffer containing a mixture of Tris base, acetic acid, and EDTA. In molecular biology, it is commonly used in agarose electrophoresis.
usage method
TEA buffer solution: the separation effect is best when the mass of the segment is larger than 13Kb, and the migration speed is faster in 0.8% agarose gel, so it is mostly used to recover DNA fragments. Its drawbacks cannot be ignored, as TEA has a small buffer capacity, weak buffering ability, and is not suitable for use in long-term electrophoresis experiments.
Application
HEPES is a non-ionic amphoteric buffer with high polarity. It is inert to a variety of chemical reagents and enzymes, does not participate in and do not interfere with the biochemical reaction process of the Chemicalbook, and has no inhibitory effect on enzyme chemical reactions.
