Application

 

1. High molar absorption intensity

Due to the high molar absorption intensity of MAOS color reaction, its sensitivity is also relatively high. However, it should be noted that when the detection time is too long, MAOS may fade, so MAOS detection needs to be completed in a timely manner and cannot be interrupted.

2. Wide range of pH values

The color reaction of MAOS substrate has a wide adaptability range to the pH of the reaction system, greatly improving its adaptability. Some color reagents often react under slightly acidic conditions, but enzyme involvement is usually required in biochemical testing. We know that enzyme catalysis is sensitive to the pH of the reaction environment, and it may even become inactive if it does not match the color reagents.
