Ches Introduction

CHES buffer, Chinese name of which is 2-neneneba cyclohexylamine Ethanesulfonic acid, is a good's buffer of dipole ion (Zwitterion), which is used at a relatively high pH value (up to 10). It can be used in many biological research fields, including enzymology, and can also be used to study reactions above the physiological pH range, protein stabilization, mannanase activity determination, DNA digestion and 2 '- Deoxyadenosine 3' - monophosphate labeling, and as a component of Wilson and Horne's extraction buffer.
