TAE buffer: Zui's widely used nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer is mainly used for DNA agarose gel electrophoresis in biology. When electrophoresis of segments larger than 13 kb, using TAE buffer will achieve better separation effect. In addition, it is also easy to use the TAE buffer system for electrophoresis when recovering DNA fragments. However, the disadvantage of TAE is its small buffer capacity, which cannot be used for long-term electrophoresis (such as overnight).

3. Add 57.1ml of glacial acetic acid and dissolve thoroughly;
4. Add deionized water to a constant volume of 1L and store at room temperature.
