EDTA salt can protect the cellular components of the blood, does not affect the white blood cell count and size, has the least effect on the morphology of the red blood cell , and can inhibit the aggregation of platelets, which is suitable for general hematological test. Except for the isolation and examination of platelets, it is not suitable for coagulation test and platelet kinetic energy test, nor for the determination of calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase and leucine amino peptidase and PCR test.

2. Weighing: Use an electronic balance to accurately weigh the prepared EDTA dipotassium powder to the nearest hundredth of a percent.
3. Dissolve: use a glass rod to constantly stir the deionized water in the container, slowly add the just weighed EDTA dipotassium white color powder. For the powder attached to the mouth of the volumetric flask or beaker and the wall of the container, wash the bottle into it. To avoid washing glass rods, beakers and other utensils, the concentration of dipotassium EDTA will be reduced.The volume is controlled.
4. fixing: EDTA dipotassium completely dissolved, the eye and the volumetric flask scale line to maintain a horizontal state. Use a wash bottle to slowly add deionized water until the concave bottom is at the same level as the scale.
5. Mixing: After sealing the volumetric flask, hold its bottom with one hand and the top with the other hand and press the stopper, carefully invert and mix 5-8 times.
6. Check and confirm: Carefully check the dipotassium weight weighing and key factors such as the volumetric flask; recalculate the dipotassium content.
[Warning and Prevention]
When dipotassium EDTA has impurities, foreign matters, abnormal smell, color, serious moisture absorption and the expiry date is exceeded, it is forbidden to use.
Do not continue to use EDTA solution when it is turbid.
This product is a chemical reagent with strong corrosiveness. It is forbidden to touch it directly. When splashing on the skin, wash with plenty of water.
