The full name of MAOS is N-ethyl-N - (2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl) -3,5-dimethylaniline sodium salt, which is a highly water-soluble aniline derivative of the new Trinder's reagent and plays a crucial role in it. A water-soluble reagent that can be applied to the enzymatic spectrophotometric determination of hydrogen peroxide, and is widely used for diagnostic testing and biochemical experiments.

1. High molar absorption intensity
1. The MAOS produced by Desheng has high water solubility, high purity ≥ 99%, high sensitivity, and stable process, which can ensure that the product appearance is pure white crystal powder, and there is sufficient stock available, and samples are provided;
The new trinder's reagents refer to highly water-soluble aniline derivatives, which are a large category of chromogenic substrates used in in vitro diagnostic kits to detect changes in liver function, kidney function, blood sugar, and blood lipids, thereby reflecting changes in the body. The principle of action of chromogenic substrates is generally to infer the content and activity of the measured substance by measuring the absorbance change of the chromogenic substrate. The reaction principle of different chromogenic substrates also varies to some extent.
The trinder's reaction principle is to mix the new trinder's reagent 4-AAP with the corresponding oxidase and peroxidase of the test item. Due to the specificity of enzyme substances, they catalyze specific substances and are sensitive to pH values, a biological buffer needs to be added to regulate the pH range suitable for enzyme substances. Add the substance to be tested to the above mixture to undergo a color reaction, producing a red quinone imine compound. Calculate the value of the tested item based on its absorbance.
