1. This product is suitable for use in clinical blood gas analysis.
1.When this product is applied to blood gas needles, the recommended spraying amount is 50IU/mL blood.
2.To ensure sufficient blood anticoagulation, it is necessary to invert and mix 5-8 times as soon as possible after blood collection is completed, and mix again before analysis.
3.After the blood collection is completed, it should be analyzed immediately. If the time is ≥ 15 minutes, it needs to be refrigerated at 2-8 ºC.
4. After adding to the blood gas needle, it is recommended to use gamma ray irradiation at a dose of 8-25kGy for sterilization. The irradiation dose can be determined based on the initial bacterial count.
1.When impurities, abnormal odors, colors, and expiration dates appear in heparin lithium zinc, their use is prohibited.
2.When the heparin lithium zinc solution becomes turbid, it may indicate that the heparin lithium zinc solution has been contaminated with bacteria or deteriorated. Do not continue to use.
3. This product is a biological agent, safe, non-toxic, and harmless.
4. This product can be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, away from light and moisture. The aqueous solution of this product can be sealed and stored at 0-4 ºC in a sterile state, with a maximum shelf life of no more than 7 days. It is recommended to use the aqueous solution of this product immediately and not store it in a solution state for a long time.
