usage method

Chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) is a technique that combines chemiluminescent substances with immunological reactions to represent the concentration of the tested immune components using light reactions. In 1976, Shmeder proposed chemiluminescence immunoassay using luminol H202 and its derivative ABEI as the detection reaction display system. Currently, luminol and its derivatives are the most commonly used markers in chemiluminescence immunoassay applications. Under alkaline conditions, they can release a large number of photons through the catalysis of microperoxidase, Luminol can be used for Western Blot of HRP labeled antibodies and nucleic acid hybridization detection of HRP labeled probes, as well as for modern criminal investigation blood stain detection.

Application

Luminol, also known as luminamine, photosensitizer, or luminol, is a universal luminescent chemical reagent that emits a noticeable blue light when mixed with appropriate oxidants. It is a white to light yellow crystal that is soluble in most Chemicalbook organic polar solvents, but insoluble in water. In forensic medicine, luminol is used to detect trace blood stains in crime scenes, while in biology, luminol is used as a substrate to detect the presence of copper, iron, and cyanide in cells.

Product Advantages

1. The optimal fluorescence wavelength is 425nm (detected in 60mMK2S2O8100mK2CO3, PH11.5 solution)
Learn Luminescence Rate.

2. Luminol/Luminol/Luminol is one of the most commonly used liquid phase chemiluminescence reagents due to its simple structure, easy synthesis, good water solubility, and high luminescence quantum efficiency. Since Albrecht first reported the chemiluminescence reaction of Luminol with oxidants in alkaline solutions in 1928, research on this chemiluminescence system has been very active, making it applied in many fields
